I can’t believe it’s now been 1 week since I’ve been on the Burn Fat 4 Dummies Diet. I have to be honest and tell you that I have cheated a little and had a few things that were not on the diet plan, nothing major just had a few chocolate sweets instead of having a beer which you are allowed on day 7. I also had a few extra slices of bread. The surprising thing is I felt my stomach was bloated after eating the chocolate and the extra slices of bread.

being_fatApart from the slight deviation the diet has gone well and I can now start to see a difference when I am looking in the mirror.

There are now a few more people doing the diet on the internet and a search for Burn Fat 4 Dummies will bring up a lot of websites, so word is getting out even before the ebook has been launched, which is always a good sign.

Day 8

I though day 8 was going to be quite difficult. The first two days of each week is started by eating a certain food for two whole days along with water and nothing else. This helps to flush the body whilst still getting vitamins needed. I have also been taking vitamin supplements as advised in the eBook.

At the end of day 8 I noticed my breath was quite bad and I had a rotten taste in my mouth. Again this passes and is all part of the process of flushing the body of toxins and excess waste in the system. Don’t get me wrong it’s not as if people beside me are fainting due to the bad breath but it’s still a noticeable difference and I wasn’t to give an impartial view of the diet warts and all.

This is what you’re probably reading this for to find out if I have lost any more weight since the last time. Well I can report I have, even after I have cheated. So here is the weight chart so far:

Day 9

Day 9 was a bit of a killer as I was eating the same as yesterday and the breath is still quite bad, I haven’t asked David about this yet but I am sure it is all part of the process of losing fat. Other than the bad breath I am still feeling good and healthy and the stomach is starting to shrink day by day and I am very happy with it.

I have had a lot of questions about the diet via email and hopefully I have answered all your questions to your satisfaction. Although I am an affiliate of the product I will still be completely honest about it which is why I started the diet in the first place. Day 10

I couldn’t resist checking my weight again and I am still the same so am 13st 10Ibs, however I knew I couldn’t keep losing weight at 1Ib per day every day for 30 days. Remember my target weight is between 13st 7Ibs and 13st 3Ibs so I am half way there already after only being 1/3rd into the program, so am extremely happy about it. I’ve also had a few remarks at work about the weight I’ve lost so it must be showing some now.
