I hope you have found this brief guide to lucid dreaming useful and wish you success in your future dream adventures. I know I have found lucid dreaming to be an exhilarating experience and has improved my life a great deal in many different ways and I hope it will do the same for you. in the future I hope to expand this guide to incorporate actual dreaming experiences by other lucid dreamers and hope to expand on the topics I have covered.
I have made this a brief guide as I found that when I first got interested in lucid dreaming I didn't want to read whole books to get to the nitty gritty, I just wanted to know how to do it and have a brief background on it and the pre-requisites. If you would like to share your experiences please e-mail me.
I wish you success in your dreaming adventures
