The sun, silently, slid down on the horizon as I sipped a cup of coffee. The air, still warm, but with a gentle bite of cold, breathed on the garden in front of me. I sat and fixated on a Photinia Red Robin tree, I listened, and everything went quiet. I felt it, felt the rush of being connected, ever so briefly, to the world around me. No noises inside my head, no thoughts to disturb me, just a feeling of peace, just a moment of silence – it was beautiful!
When did you last stop?
