I hope you have found this brief guide to lucid dreaming useful and wish you success in your future dream adventures. I know I have found lucid dreaming to be an exhilarating experience and has improved my life a great deal in many different ways and I hope it will do the same for you. in the future I hope to expand this guide to incorporate actual dreaming experiences by other lucid dreamers and hope to expand on the topics I have covered. I have made this a brief guide as I found that when I first got interested in lucid dreaming I didn’t want to read whole books to get to the nitty gritty, I just wanted to know how to do it and have a brief background on it and the pre-requisites. If you would like to share your experiences please e-mail me.
I wish you success in your dreaming adventures

This has been a really interesting article to read. I’m tempted to write about my experiences of dreaming. If I do this, it will be a more asking questions type of article than providing some sort of answer. All the same, I think it may generate some interest. I guess I’m seeking answers in that sense. I’ve always found that sharing experiences sparks interest in people who sometimes have shared experiences and are sometimes feel motivated to write theirs. Thank you Steven

wonderful, simple guide! I have been practicing lucid dreaming for years now and I find it EXTREMELY beneficial to keep a dream journal too. It was nice to read your thoughts on lucid dreaming and refresh my memory on the steps to learning how to lucid dream, so that I can teach others how to do what I do. I find when my mind is in turmoil I automatically go through the steps of meditation and relaxation, either for a nap or at night in bed, and that lucid dreams help me solve things in my mind, or even learn new abilities for self- improvement. Also, lucid dreaming is just plain fun! ;)
