Hi Steve, this is one of my favorite topics also. Limiting beliefs are the primary force holding people back from achieving, or even trying to achieve, their goals. By the way, you are getting better at videos.

Hi Steven, sorry to slate you off here but I for one don’t believe in all the psycho-babble bulshit changing your life through thoughts and believe systems.
Your only a young guy and you have enthusiasm and health to push you along with possibly a good support system around you i.e. family friends etc. etc.
When you get older and life has delivered a few more devistating blows to you such as divorce, redundancy, poor health, debts which you can’t pay because the powers that be took away your job and not much you can do to rectify the problems because there are dozens of younger fitter people chasing the few jobs that do come up and the baliffs are banging on your door.
Tell me then that it’s all in the mind and that I can turn my life around.

Thanks for stopping by and no need to apologise. I am sorry to hear about the situation you are in just now and believe me I have been to a lot of places you are experiencing just now, so I speak from experience as well as from research. I 100% believe that everything that has happened to you in your life could have been prevented if you used your thoughts and beliefs the right way a few years ago. Your health, is a different story, but I still believe that health is affected greatly by your thoughts and beliefs. I know right now that sounds like ‘psycho-babble bulshit’ to you but for others walking the road it can be a great benefit to start looking at their own belief patterns.
I’ve had the bailiffs at my door, I’ve been bankrupt, I’ve owed over £60,000 to credit cards and loans, split up from my girlfriend at the time, no car, no money, no social life; and that was precisely the right time to change my attitude, thinking, and beliefs.
In the second video you discuss an incredible process. Questioning one’s self and truly analyzing your beliefs and actions and ideas. By doing this we become more accurate, real, and strong. We grow and see new perspectives, complexities and new possibilities in our world.
