Why is the fountain of youth filled with false promises? We desperately want to look beautiful, forever, on the outside but what about what's going on inside? This is the one to reach for to reduce wrinkles and age spots and to help tighten skin. Vitamin E oil is also very effective at decreasing the look of scars though some have reported that it has almost completely eliminated their scars. This vitamin can be found in almonds, sunflower seeds, avocados, shrimp and tofu to name a few.

This one controls acne and aids in skin renewal. It also keeps your skin supple and soft. You can find F in olive oil, grapeseed oil, walnuts, avocados and salmon.
