Sharing is caring!
I would like to share some quotes about hope that will really lift you somehow, or break that cycle of thinking where you can't see a way out.
There comes a time in our life when we just sit down and despair about life, either a specific part of life or all of it. We feel all is lost or you cannot see a way out of a specific situation.
Speaking as someone who has had more than their fair share of these despair moments I can tell you it's the little things that bring back hope. It could be a moment in a movie, or something a character says in a book , or a smile from a stranger, or a pet who seems to know what you're feeling and wants to be close to you.
I remember going through a particularly hard time in my business and I was really feeling like I was never going to make it. I sat down with my wife to watch a movie and there's a scene in the movie 'The perks of being a wallflower' when Charlie, one of the main characters, asks his English teacher: "Why do nice people choose the wrong people to date?" After thinking about it and asking something his English teacher replies:
"We accept the love we think we deserve."
That one line just changed my whole perspective on my business. You see it's not just a quote about love, it's a deep quote about life and everything that encompasses: We accept what we think we deserve.
For you to see life differently in times of despair or trouble then a break in your cycle of thinking is what is needed and I hope these quotes about hope will be that break for you.
