From the five senses, the sight is probably the one on which we rely mostly. If we are not visually impaired, we tend to believe that we see everything accurately. Do we? In most cases, actually not!
We might miss slight color differences, details etc. And that because we rarely pay attention to the details, the brain is forming an image based on what we believe it is rather than on what it is.
