World famous hypnotist Steve G Jones has a fantastic website with hundreds of hypnosis downloads for you to try.  I mean there is everything here from enlarging your penis (how the hell would that work?) to stopping smoking.

I tried a few of them and the one I was most impressed with is the stopping smoking one.  I have smoked since I was 24 and gave up a few times but always started back smoking again after some stressful event, I know, excuses excuses.  Anywa, I listened to the daytime recordings which are affirmations for stopping smoking and also bought the nightime recordings.  I have to say it was a little strange listening to the download as I felt nothing was happening and almost dismissed it but persevered and listened to them day and night and am happy to say I have not had a cigarette for 2 months since listening to the downloads.
