Rudolph pregnant after drunken night out!

It was revealed today that ‘Rudolph the red nosed reindeer’ is pregnant. When speaking to Rudolph at today’s news conference she broke down in tears and revealed that she became pregnant after meeting another reindeer, whom she wanted to remain anonymous, at a party at Santa’s house in November.

The celebrations marked the start of the busy period for the town of North Pole and traditionally ‘The big man’ throws a party to get everyone in the Christmas spirit. However it seems Rudolph had a little too much Christmas spirit.

Rudolph has been under scrutiny over the last few months when it was revealed she had taken drugs and has been seen out in the trendy clubs of the North Pole, drunk and disorderly. In a shocking twist to the tale it seems that Rudolph’s younger sister, MaryJane Splines, is also pregnant.

In an interview with Santa, earlier on today, he stated ‘I will stick by Rudolph and support her and her sister all I can’.

It has long been talked about that the social media site, Rigg, owned by Revin Kose, has been burying stories to stop them reaching the front page. Now it has been confirmed by the man of North Pole himself, Santa Claus.

In an exclusive interview he revealed that in the weeks leading up to the start of the busy period in North Pole, he had been writing for his blog www.santaclaus.np and he had been regularly been making the front page of Rigg with his articles. With 56,000 subscribers to his blog, his army of fans put him on the front page, on average, every 6 days. Now it seems his success is his downfall. His stories are being buried by an army of green eyed readers.

In a controversial move Santa has decided to remove the Rigg button from his blog and concentrate on the newer, ‘fairer’ social media sites such as RumbleOver, Inf.ecti.us, and Rotator.

Revin Kose has declined an interview with North Pole Times.

In an attempt to get some more money into his campaign Ron Paul decided to visit North Pole’s residents.

Speaking with local residents Ron Paul looked stunned after most of the tiny residents remarked: ‘Who the %$£$ are you?”

The leader of a country called USA visited North Pole’s residents today. On one of his tours around the factories, one of Santa’s little helpers spoke to Mr Bush and asked what he does for a living. Mr Bush remarked:

“My job is a decision-making job, and as a result, I make a lot of decisions.”

The factory workers looked at him with pity and carried on with their work.

Santa Claus, has been seen running around North Pole in a bid to lose some weight in time for the big day.

He admits to not getting enough exercise throughout the year and has taken some advice from a local fitness expert.

He has been seen with his iPod, a big thing in some countries, and listening to motivational advice from motivational guru Tony Robinredbreast.

Over the last 20 years, there has been a marked increase in the number of women entering the marketplace. This is true of most western countries around the world. With this marked increase, there has slowly been a change in attitudes toward women. What has also happened is the influence women are having on boys and indeed men.

I believe women are no longer viewed as the weaker sex, aside from the diehard chauvinists out there and the ‘old school man’. Women have become the stronger sex and a gender bias is slowly creeping into all areas of our lives.

Now I can hear some women shout ‘about time’ I can hear you shout ‘we have a long way to go and it’s still a mans world’ and I can hear you shout ‘there are not enough women at the top of companies for it to be leaning toward a female society’. At the top of the tree, the statistics are grim with less than 1% of female chief executives in the UK with similar numbers in the US and the rest of Europe.

What I would like to talk about is the influence women are having on our young boys.

It is a logical assumption that boys are going to be more influenced at a young age than they are when they are older. Going on this assumption if we look at who our children are having the most contact with:

Nursery teachers

Primary school teachers

After school care workers

Pre school care workers

All of the above professions are predominantly female oriented. In the UK alone 85% of Nursery and Primary school teachers are female. Whereas 20 years ago only 60% of the nursery and primary school teachers were female.

Also with the rise of single mothers in the country and absent fathers, the amount of time boys are spending with male role models whilst they are young is decreasing.

I believe all this time spent with female influences is having a dramatic affect on the psyche of ‘boys’. I am by no means saying it is a bad thing that boys are being influenced by women, we need this to keep a balance. However, the positive male role model should be encouraged to keep that balance. I think with the rise in the reporting of Paedophilia it has put men off even thinking about becoming nursery or primary school teachers and this can be a huge setback when teaching young boys. Boys have a different style of learning, which, I believe, is not being picked up. It comes as no surprise to me that girls are now scoring higher in exams than boys.

The media, health care,

It seems it is more than education that is being feminised. In an article by Guardian, in August this year it states that for the first time more women are surfing the net than men are. This changes a lot when it comes to marketing on the web, there is a huge market out there for WAHM’s (Work at home mums) and advertising, website design, even writing styles are going to have to cater for this market.

Health care has always been predominantly a female oriented role and it is still the case today, perhaps not at the top of the tree, but certainly from the ground up.

So what?

I love the fact that western society is coming round to equality and it’s about time, and I feel it will be another 20 – 30 years before we see true equality. However, there is a downside and that is the feminisation of men and the masculinisation of women.

That might sound ridiculous now but in 20 years time are we going to have young men who are more feminine and women who are more masculine. we can see it now on our TVs every day. The line between feminine and masculine will become blurred.

An answer?

A five-point list of what we can do to keep the balance:

The government to actively encourage male primary school teachers

The government to actively encourage nursery school teachers

Absent fathers to take more of an active role in their child’s upbringing

Companies to actively recruit women into executive roles

The media, especially TV, to portray masculine men rather than feminised men (And I don’t mean gay men, I mean straight men acting feminine).

Your views?

What are your views on this topic? Do you agree that men have become feminised? Let me know be leaving a comment.

Why do you get out of bed, brush your teeth, have a shower and go to work most mornings?

Think about that question for a minute or two.

Most of the time we do things automatically without really thinking about it. Most of us know we have to work to put food on the table so we duly get up, brush our teeth, have a shower and trundle off to work. Are we really happy about it? I am happy working with the people I work with, I am happy working with my clients what I am not happy about is working for someone else and trading my time for £10 an hour, day in day out. I would rather be working for myself and setting my own hours, however that time has not come yet.

To get over this I try and look at what I have and be grateful, sometimes it’s difficult, most of the time it’s easy. When I really make the effort I can change from thinking I am not making a difference in the world to thinking I am making a difference one person at a time and that’s all I can do.

Why do I want to change the world? I don’t, I want to change the people who are looking to change their world. This is the place I feel most comfortable, most at ease with myself. This blog makes a huge difference in my life and I honestly feel if I can touch one persons heart and make them think about their life, I have made a difference.

Thinking spiritually

Over the years I have gone from being a physical being to being a spiritual being. Regular readers know I am not religious in the least, but I am deeply spiritual. I believe in being human and I believe humans strive to become spiritual beings and not purely physical beings. Some of us are not ready to become spiritual and that’s fine, we will know when it’s time to strive to reach all we can be. I wrote an article about Self Actualization and the quickest way to reach this is by asking questions about the world.

The world is changing, there is disharmony, there seems to be huge unrest in the world. I believe this is not by chance, the worm is turning and I believe the world is in a state of spiritual dissonance just now. More and more people are looking inside to find their innate calmness and reading blogs and websites like this to join a community of like minded people, it’s not religious, it’s not cultish it’s humans looking inside knowing a change has to come and knowing it has to come from within: If you change yourself you will change your world, if you change your world you can change someone’s else’s world and so on and one by one the world can change.

Changing from physical to spiritual

There is no real secret to changing and I nor anyone else can tell you how to do it. You will know when the time has come to change and you will simply think on a different level. Day by day you think more spiritually and day by day your life changes. By asking questions you will change, by changing your thinking you will change by helping others you will change.

When the time is right

Is the time to change now?

5 Ways your pet can change your life

Many people have pets and they are treated as are part of the family. I have a little Lhasa Apso dog called ‘Trinity’ (after the character from ‘The Matrix’). She is a little yelp but the most lovable dog ever. Trinity is part of our family and has changed out lives in many ways. Her personality is bubbly, excitable, loves strangers (pisses all over them most of the time with excitement).

It’s not only dogs that have great personalities it’s all pets, however Dogs and cats are the most common type of pet that people own.

There are programs all over the world called Pet assisted therapy, Animal assisted therapy and they are helping people with a host of illnesses and diseases.

How our pets help us

The most obvious way our pets can help us is to give us company. Pets are company to thousands of people all over the world. People, who would not otherwise have anybody around them, rely on their pets to show love and to receive love.

Our pets can distress us. The very act of stroking your pet can de-stress us as well as giving energy to your pet. In the articles below it has been shown how stroking pets can lower our stress levels.

Our pets as energy givers. I have come in many times from work drained of energy only to be jumped on, licked all over, pissed on a few times, from a little dog who says ‘it’s great you’re home, I’m so excited to see you’, and then my wife comes home and jumps on me, licks me all over, pis…….. only joking. My dog gives me energy when I have none.

Pets have been shown to be great for children with autism, adults with Alzheimer’s, and other brain related disorders. As I said before they give people energy, they show unconditional love, and don’t really expect anything in return, except some food, some water, walking and a little love.

Pets can give us something to focus on, which helps with concentration, it can help to fight depression, it can help people with disabilities, and they are energy givers, love givers.

You can read the first part of ‘The energy in all of us’ here

In this article, I will look at ways of raising our energy in order to manifest our desires quicker.

If our body and mind is sluggish, it goes without saying that you will not be able to concentrate properly on your desires. If you cannot concentrate on your desires, it will be very difficult to manifest them. Both body and mind have to be flowing with energy in order to send out and receive energy to and from others.

Your whole body is an energy circuit, your brain is the controller of this energy circuit and your mind is the sender and receiver of the excess energy. Your body needs a certain amount of energy to function and once it gets its fill, it has excess energy to give out. It’s this excess energy that we can utilise to attract our desires in life.

5 ways to raise our energy

Physical – If we are physically in good shape and our bodies are functioning well we can raise our energy levels, I don’t mean you have to be an Olympic athlete, I am talking about eating well, exercising, all the usual stuff you hear about staying fit. This will help in our quest to raise our energy levels. Some of the ways in which we can aid the physical part of raising energy are:

Eating well – There are literally thousands of websites offering free information on eating well, and deep down we all know what is good for us (basically anything that tastes good, in excess, is bad for our bodies). If you are a person with a big appetite you can start raising your energy immediately by eating what your body needs and not what your brain thinks it needs. What if you eat more than you need? It’s your choice! Everything in life has a choice attached to it if you choose to eat more than your body needs then that’s your choice.

Keeping fit – we don’t need to go running every day but if we do at least some exercise every day, we are keeping our hearts strong. A healthy heart keeps blood pumping round our bodies effectively and reaches our bodies organs in order to nourish them. The trick to a fitness regime is making it a habit. A good blog on this is Craig Harpers blog

Mental – How are we to keep mentally healthy if we don’t have a proper gauge? Are we ‘normal’ if we follow how everybody else acts and behaves in our circle? That is a subjective question; however, I think we all know roughly when we are behaving within the limits of what is acceptable in society.

To keep mentally healthy we can rid ourselves of stress and there are hundreds of ways to do this: meditate, pray, practice solitude, practice being in the moment, do something you love, spend time with your family; anything that gets you thinking about what’s important in life.

Spiritual – This can be mistaken for being mentally healthy and in some respects can go hand in hand. However Spiritual health is something very different from mental health.

When we are being spiritual we are thinking of others we are forgetting our ego and thinking about the plight of others whether it be family, friends, or others less fortunate in the world. It is also thinking about the bigger questions in life, which can lift us up onto another level, if only for fleeting moments.

One of the best things we can do to lift ourselves spiritually is to practice gratitude. I don’t mean pray, I mean count your blessings each morning, start with the fact that you are alive and work from there.

Food – we all know which foods are good for us and if we practice eating more fresh food the natural energy from these foods naturally gives us more energy.

Morals and values – This is another area, which can greatly enhance our energy. It is another area in which most of know right from wrong and practicing being moral and having good values comes naturally for most of us. Religion, race and culture are forgotten when it comes to morals and values, as we know what is right and how we should treat others.

If you would like to practice good values, you have to sit down and write down the values and principles you want to practice. Having it down on paper can make it more concrete in our minds and easier to practice.

Conclusion I do believe that raising our energy can greatly enhance our ability to attract more desires into our lives. The law of attraction works better when there are fewer blockages in our minds, our bodies and our spirit.

Creating a parallel you

There are many things we wished we could change about ourselves. Being more productive, being thinner, being well off financially, and being more intelligent: a whole host of other attributes that we would want for ourselves.

Imagine a world where there are multiple your’s, there is another you walking about who is 14 pounds lighter, there is yet another you who is 14 pounds heavier, there is another you who is a millionaire and there is another you who is homeless and destitute. Sounds like science fiction but we cannot say for sure that this is not the case.

Your world is just a theory

Now it may be hard to imagine a world like this, after all it’s just fiction posited by some mad science fiction writers. Not so, there are now many scientists working with superstring theory and other theories that postulate that our world is possibly made of lots of worlds all within a millimetre of each. One such theory called the M-Theory brings together all other superstring theories and is a complex and unfinished theory, which proposes that there could be multiple universes existing side by side.

What the hell theories have to do with our lives. Well if we think about it, we are living our life based on theories.

We believe that the study of psychology is a science, therefore fact, when in fact it is all based on theories.

We believe in evolution when it is really based on a theory, albeit a very convincing theory.

Most of us believe in a God of some kind; yet again another theory and a belief system, one that most people get angry about when questioned.

Now these three statements alone are a huge part of most people’s lives but they are all theories and nothing more. Yes, there has been evidence put forward for evolution, there has been studies carried out in psychology but they are still nothing more than theories.

Our own world theories

Why not come up with our own world theories? A lot of us do not think we are intelligent enough to come up with a theory and leave it to scientists to do that kind of stuff. A scientist is someone who has managed to get a great education and has undoubtedly studied hard and spent their lives, some of them, studying a specific field. However that does not mean their theories are any more valid than our theories.

Beliefs and theories

We live our lives based on the theories of the world and we base our beliefs around some of these theories. What about if we change our beliefs and our theories about the world.

I am not suggesting proposing a theory of the universe, although it is possible, but rather come up with micro-theories and change our lives around them.

For example, imagine a world where there were multiple universes and another you were living your dream life in another universe. Now imagine seeing the other person knowing that you are living 1 millimetre apart and the time difference between your dream life and your current life is whatever you want it to be. For example, a thin you is only 1 millimetre away but they are 1 year apart. You now know you will reach one of your ultimate goals; to be thin. Knowing this could change your perspective and your life. Now it is just crazy thinking stuff like this as it is not true! Who is to say it’s not true? You are living your life based on theories, make your own theories and make them work for you.

Question your beliefs and live your own theories.

I think a lot of us live our lives without questioning our beliefs. I know I have spoke about this before but it is worth re-iterating. Question everything you believe in. We have based our lives on what other people have told us when we were young and we have been brainwashed to a degree, we naturally believe our parents when we are children, but our parents were conditioned when they were children by their parents and peers and their parents and peers conditioned them.

We are all special enough to question ourselves, our beliefs, and the theories of the world.

I am working on a theory whereby I can control the cells in my body to burn fat quicker. It might take a few years to get my brain to believe this theory, when it believes my theory the cells in my body will follow my brain.

  personal news.

I don’t do a lot of personal news rather I tell my life
through my posts a tiny bit at a time. However since this is such a
big thing I thought I would share it.

I wrote a post about wanting to pay
off my mortgage to become a professional blogger . At the time the mortgage
was for £75,000 and it was a huge goal to achieve. Now the goal
has got even bigger. We are going to be moving house, hopefully if
our house sells okay, and the mortgage to pay will be £110,000. This
is 50% more than it was. So it is going to take a lot more than selling
20,000 eBooks as anticipated and to be honest I think I was being rather
naive thinking I could achieve this without any marketing. I would
like to thank everybody who bought the book.

I am still working on my lofty goal of becoming a professional blogger but
it won’t come from selling the eBook. I believe it will come from
my blogging services over at www.blogconsultant.co.uk ,
adsense, reviewme ,
direct advertising and savings.

Thank you again to everybody who is supporting me in my endeavors to become
a professional blogger, I appreciate it.

Supposed
state of the world

I am honestly saddened by the world in which we are living in just now, or
the supposed world depicted by the media. I
made a choice about 10 years ago not to read newspapers or watch the news. I
listen to local news and hear world news on the radio, and that’s at
a push. I don’t want to put images in my head of all the things
that happen in the world. It’s bad enough that I know all the things
that go on in the world but to hear, see and read about it everyday sickens
and angers me. The main culprits are the daily tabloid newspapers in
which everything is sensationalised to sell the paper. The quality of
journalism in these newspapers is generally low and the reporters will sell
their soul to get a good story due to the demands of the job.

I had become used to hearing about the things that happen in the world and
it didn’t sicken me, it was a case of ‘that’s terrible.’ And
that feeling lasted for about 1 minute and I went on with my life. I
want to be sickened when I hear of murder, I want to feel disgust when someone
is stabbed, but how the hell am I supposed to feel this when I am bombarded
from every angle with images that I quickly become accustomed to.

World energy is low

The world’s energy has sunk to an all time low and I believe the media
is partly responsible for it. No, I am not blaming the media I am saying
they are partly responsible.

Violence has become the norm and our minds have become desensitised to it,
it’s just another story, however when violence is extreme we sit up and
pay attention only for the fact that we think that is the new terrible.

Imagine for a moment a world in which no murder, no war, no bloody images,
no violence were reported and no pictures shown depicting these gruesome acts
were shown. After a few years I believe our energy would start to grow
again. I believe there would be no ‘keeping up with the Jones’s’ i.e. ‘That
guy murdered 13 people, I will need to murder 14 people to become known and
be in a book of famous murder cases.’ Even bookstrores are doing
great business from selling books about criminals and murderers, it’s
mad!

The most disturbing part about all of this is that it is a tiny minority that
is polutting the world’s spirit, however that minority make it look like
the the whole world is like this due to media coverage and media sensationalism.

Starve the minority

Here’s a suggestion: don’t buy newspapers, books, read internet
sites, that depict the minority polluting the world, Starve their craving for
attention by not giving them it. If we don’t buy the products depicting
these individuals they will stop making the products therefore starving their
craving.

I think of myself
as a fairly pleasant person who is kind of laid back and likes most people. I have
been teaching my sons, which is an ongoing process, about potentially harmful
traits. As children we all learn our personality from the feedback we
get from those around us, if we lie and get a lot of attention for it we will
continue to lie. If we are rude and get a reputation for it we will continue
to be rude.

I have looked at some traits
that I dislike in other people and hopefully am teaching my sons to avoid. I
think if people could rid themselves of the following traits the World might
be a better place.

The ten most hated traits

Arrogant– (Meaning
= unpleasantly proud and behaving as if you are more important than, or
know more than, other people).
We’ve all come across
people like this. When I think of the arrogant people I have met it seems
to be mainly men that display this trait. I have also noticed that it
seems to be a class trait i.e. people who are in the ‘upper class’ can
be arrogant with the ‘lower classes’ (yes the class system
is still very much embedded in UK culture).

Rudeness – (Meaning
= not polite; offensive or embarrassing)When I think of people who are
rude I tend to think of shop sales assistants. I know in America they
are much more customer focused but in the UK customer service in shops can
be terrible. It’s especially annoying when someone is serving you
and they are talking to their friend about what happened last night.

Domineering – (Meaning
= inclined to rule arbitrarily or despotically; overbearing; tyrannical:
domineering parents.People who try to control others
are not a good trait at all. Again this can often be seen in the office
and at home. It is a form of abuse and can be hard to spot sometimes. Of
course some people like to be dominated (stop that!!) but that is a choice,
which is different altogether.

Dishonesty – (Meaning
= not honest)The trait that I abhor the most
in people! Everybody lies whether it be a white lie or a big ‘honestly
I didn’t kill him’ lie. However when someone lies constantly
it is very irritating and annoying especially after you have pointed out that
you know they are lying and they continue with it. I am teaching my
boys that honesty is always always always the best way even if it feels difficult. If
you are honest all the time it will lead to people trusting you more and
valuing your opinion more.

Temperamental – (Meaning = describes
someone whose mood tends to change very suddenly)Sorry ladies, but I have
found the most temperamental people tend to be female, especially if you’ve
ever worked in an office. I don’t know if it’s the office
air or sick building syndrome but people change as soon as they enter their
office of work. I have seen me standing chatting to someone outside and
then when I see them again in the office their eyes have turned blood red,
little horns have sprouted from their heads and they talk like they’ve
just smoked 100 cigarettes “ what the F%*& are you talking to me
for”, at that point I’m outta there.

Conceited – (Meaning
= Holding a high opinion of yourself)Much like arrogance and just
as annoying. It great to have a good opinion of yourself but when
it is displayed to others in a manner as to make others feel small it can
be very unpleasant.

Unreliable – (Meaning
= cannot be relied or depended upon)Another trait that can extremely
annoying. Again we’ve all come across people like this at work,
at school, at university, in fact every area of life. We also know, very
quickly, not to rely on that person for anything. When reliability
is not there we tend to think they have other traits related to this such
as lazy, disorganised, selfish etc.

Dependent – (Meaning
= relying on someone or something else for aid, support, etc).I am talking
here about people who are overly dependent especially in relationships. There
is no bigger turn off for a person than the man or woman who seems to depend
on your relationship to survive.

Pessimism –(Meaning
= the tendency to see, anticipate, or emphasize only bad or undesirable
outcomes, results, conditions, problems, etc)How to lose friends quickly
= be pessimistic all the time. It’s quite funny when you get the
grumpy guy in the office who moans about everything but deep down you know
he likes the world. However when you get the person who moans about
their job, their house, their life, their children, the world and are serious
about it– how quickly do you run away from them? It can be
very draining being around people like this they literally sap your energy.

Condescending – (Meaning
= showing or implying a usually patronizing descent from dignity or superiority). This
is another trait which riles me. Of course this is open to interpretation
in many cases. On
a few occasions I have asked people if they are meaning to sound condescending
and often they are embarrassed and explain that it was not their intention,
so it can be a tricky one.

Conclusion

Do you recognise yourself in
the list above? If you do it is easy to rid yourself of these traits. The
main trick is to recognise it when it happens. As soon as you recognise
you can change you. For the next few days be aware of how you interact
with people around you, listen to your language, be aware of what you do
when you are listening, and be aware of what you do when you are talking.

Next week I
will talk about deleting old traits and installing new traits. Sounds
simple when you put it like that but it really is simple to install a new trait.

Why don’t
you leave a comment and tell me what traits you hate.
