<p align="justify">Nothing has changed with the diet plan.  I am still sticking to it with only a few  extra nibbles inbetween when I felt a pang of hunger.  By nibbles I mean a few slices of meat or an  extra piece of fruit.  I am starting to  see a difference in my clothing as my jeans are hanging  on me now so I will need to go back down to a  size 32/34, which means a little extra cash but it is good as I have not been  that size for years.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Day 20</strong></p>
<p align="justify">I have started getting obsessed with the scales now.  It seems every time I go to the toilet I want  to weigh myself J I have lost another few pounds now which I am happy  about as I have not been losing that much over the last 8 days.  So I have now reached my target weight of  13st 6Ibs, but another few pounds and I’d be  extremely happy.  I have not been this  weight for about 10 years so I am very happy with the plan and how it has went  particularly since it has not been that difficult:</p>

<p align="justify">After all the success over the last few weeks I have had a  minor blow out.  I thought I would have a  sneaky biscuit with my coffee and ended up eating the packet and then there was  cakes and other goodies as my sister and brother in law were over for a few  hours.  Needless to say that has set me  back a few days and I’ll need to start back the diet proper again today, so  I’ll be back to pineapples for the next few days.</p>
<p align="justify">Sales of the ebook are going well and there are a few people  who have reported that they have already lost weight after a few days of being  on the Burn Fat 4 Dummies eating plan, which makes me happy as I have made the  recommendation to them.</p>

<p align="justify">At the start of  this diary I did say I would be totally honest and I have to be honest and say  I set myself back a few days by eating pizza and chips at my sons birthday day  out.  It’s weird I felt really guilty  afterwards and I tried justifying it to myself by saying ‘it’s my son’s  birthday meal I couldn’t just sit there and have banana’, I came up with all  these excuses as to why I should have something to eat when I could have just  left it.  Anyway I know this has set me  back a bit and I will get back on track tomorrow.</p>
<p align="justify">I did go rock climbing and something  called a skypark at Xscape so that should have burned off a few ounces of fat  as I was sweating like hell after it.</p>
<p align="justify">I have nearly reached my target  weight of 13st 5Ibs (187 Ibs) and know that I will reach this before the end of  the plan, this is like the last hurdle for me, another push and I’ll be there.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Day 16</strong></p>
<p align="justify">It’s back to the  fruit day today after my let down yesterday.   It’s also weigh in day as well and was slightly disappointed as I have only  lost 1Ib since the last weigh in so I am 13st 8Ibs (190Ibs).  I am still pleased that I have lost 11Ibs I  was just getting my hopes up and thinking I might have been down to 13st 7Ibs,  however after eating pizza and chips I have myself to blame and not the diet.</p>

<p align="justify"><strong>Day 17</strong></p>
<p align="justify">I didn’t feel hungry  at all today and skipped breakfast, which is another no no on this diet plan,  so I just had an apple instead.  Lunch  was back to normal with some great food which I really enjoyed and dinner also  tasted delicious.  I am getting used to  drinking all the water which I know is helping me all throughout the diet.</p>
<p align="justify">I have also managed to cut down  on the coffee and tea as I am substituting it with water and I feel better for  it, I am not so sluggish in the evenings.</p>
<p align="justify">I have been reading about other  people who are doing the diet and they are getting on great with it, one person  lost 8Ibs in 1 week and 12Ibs in 2 weeks which is fantastic.</p>
<p align="justify">I had this pre-conception that  dieting would be hard and I wouldn’t be able to resist munching away all  day.  I don’t know what other diet plans  are like but the Burn Fat 4 Dummies one seems easy and is not hard to follow  and I don’t feel deprived of food at all, let me know if the diets you have  tried are like this.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Day 18</strong></p>
<p align="justify">The Burn Fat 4  Dummies diet plan is released to the public tomorrow and can’t wait to read all  the success stories.  David Holm really  does deserve a lot of credit for putting this together and making this diet so  easy to follow.  I will be continuing  with the diet until day 28 and will have lost over 14 Ibs by then which is my  goal.</p>
<p align="justify">If anybody else tries the diet when it is released let me  hear how you get on with it as it would be good to hear how you get on with it.</p>

<p align="justify">The diet is still going well and I  am starting to get into a good eating habit.   I have a breakfast, light lunch, main dinner and snacks in-between.  My stomach is really starting to show signs  of deflating and I have lost that pregnant man look when I let my stomach go, I  previously walked about all day with my stomach held in (Believe me it takes a  few months to get used to do that but it was worth it, now I don’t have to).</p>
<p align="justify">I am still drinking as much  coffee and tea with 1 ½ sugars, I really found this to be a good way of taking  off the edge of hunger cravings.  I have  also got used to the habit of carrying a ½ litre bottle of water everywhere I  go so I know as soon as I get thirsty or have a slight hunger I take a  drink.  So I am drinking at least 2  litres per day.  As David says in his book,  water is an essential ingredient in this diet and he tells you all about it in  his book.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong> Day 12</strong></p>
<p align="justify">Weigh in day today.  I still can’t get out of the habit of  weighing myself everyday just to see how it’s going,.  At first it was so good as I was losing a  pound per day but now the weight loss is not as rapid I can see why it’s not a  good idea to weigh yourself every day, it’s all psychology.</p>
<p align="justify">Anyways here is the new weight chart:</p>

<p align="justify">WOW, a whole 10Ibs weight loss in  12 days, this was amazing for me when I stepped on the scales and seen  this.  I have not been this weight for about  10 years, and I’m not finished yet.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Day 13</strong></p>
<p align="justify">To date there has not been a lot  of exercise involved in this diet plan, it is certainly not required.  However I figured a game of tennis couldn’t  hurt.  It’s really the first real  exercise I have had for a few weeks and was a bit weary of maybe passing out or  something.  Needless to say it went okay  and I lasted the full 2 hours and got annihilated 6-1, 6-4, 2-6, 6-4.  This shows me that I have the energy and the  stamina whilst on the diet and boosted my confidence that I am eating the right  foods in the right way.</p>

<p align="justify">Weight is now starting to  fluctuate between 191Ibs and 193Ibs so I guess I am starting to find a base  weight and need to really stick to the plan for the last few weeks.  There are night outs and meals planned that I  have cancelled as I don’t want to lose focus on this.</p>
<p align="justify">My wife has really noticed a  difference in my body shape and can’t believe the difference in only a few  weeks and more and more people are starting to ask me what I am doing to lose  this much weight.  I have told them the  basics of the plan.  It’s amazing the  power of word of mouth and I am gobsmacked at how many people find out about it  so quick.  I guess the Burn Fat 4 Dummies  diet will be another word of mouth success and will rise to the top of the  Clickbank charts in a few weeks time.</p>

<p align="justify">I can’t believe it’s now been 1 week since I’ve been on the  <a href="http://www.clickbank-review.com/BurnFat4Dummies" target="_blank">Burn Fat 4 Dummies Diet</a>.  I have to be  honest and tell you that I have cheated a little and had a few things that were  not on the diet plan, nothing major just had a few chocolate sweets instead of  having a beer which you are allowed on day 7.   I also had a few extra slices of bread.   The surprising thing is I felt my stomach was bloated after eating the  chocolate and the extra slices of bread.</p>
<p align="justify">Apart from the slight deviation the diet has gone well and I  can now start to see a difference when I am looking in the mirror.</p>
<p align="justify">There are now a few more people doing the diet on the  internet and a search for <a href="http://www.clickbank-review.com/BurnFat4Dummies">Burn Fat 4 Dummies </a>will bring up a lot of websites,  so word is getting out even before the ebook has been launched, which is always  a good sign.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Day 8</strong></p>
<p align="justify">I though day 8 was going to be quite difficult.  The first two days of each week is started by  eating a certain food for two whole days along with water and nothing  else.  This helps to flush the body  whilst still getting vitamins needed.  I  have also been taking vitamin supplements as advised in the eBook.</p>
<p align="justify">At the end of day 8 I noticed my breath was quite bad and I  had a rotten taste in my mouth.  Again  this passes and is all part of the process of flushing the body of toxins and  excess waste in the system.  Don’t get me  wrong it’s not as if people beside me are fainting due to the bad breath but  it’s still a noticeable difference and I wasn’t to give an impartial view of  the diet warts and all.</p>

<p align="justify">This is what you’re probably reading this for to find out if  I have lost any more weight since the last time.  Well I can report I have, even after I have  cheated.  So here is the weight chart so  far:</p>

<p align="justify">Day 9 was a bit of a killer as I was eating the same as  yesterday and the breath is still quite bad, I haven’t asked David about this  yet but I am sure it is all part of the process of losing fat.  Other than the bad breath I am still feeling  good and healthy and the stomach is starting to shrink day by day and I am very  happy with it.</p>
<p align="justify">I have had a lot of questions about the diet via email and hopefully  I have answered all your questions to your satisfaction.  Although I am an affiliate of the product I will  still be completely honest about it which is why I started the diet in the  first place. <p align="justify"><strong>Day 10</strong></p>
<p align="justify">I couldn’t resist checking my weight again and I am still  the same so am 13st 10Ibs, however I knew I couldn’t keep losing weight at 1Ib  per day every day for 30 days.  Remember my  target weight is between 13st 7Ibs and 13st 3Ibs so I am half way there already  after only being 1/3rd into the program, so am extremely happy about  it. I’ve also had a few remarks at work about the weight I’ve lost so it must  be showing some now.</p>

<p align="justify">Okay word has got out at work that I am on a special eating  plan to lose weight and some people are asking for the plan.  Obviously I can’t say to anybody what it the  plan is and direct them to the site but it’s amazing how word spreads.</p>
<p align="justify">The diet is going as planned and there is more food as the  days go on and I have enjoyed a few fried eggs with bacon which seems to go  against the rest of the plan, but I am definitely not complaining.  I am sure David won’t mind me talking about a  few things here and there just to keep you interested.  </p>
<p align="justify">I have been reading the rest of the ebook which accompanies  the eating plans and have to say the information in it is great.  The author David Holm was himself 230Ibs when  he started using his plan, he lost 20Ibs in one month and on to lose another 20. He then started on  refining his plan and teaching it to others which he has done now for 8  years.  </p>
<p align="justify">The book also goes into getting  rid of man boobs, not that I have them , but have come across a lot of people who  suffer from man boobs, something I have not heard about other fitness experts  speaking about.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Day 6</strong></p>
<p align="justify">I had a look at the cookbook which comes with all the other  downloads and whilst it is not all to my taste there are a few that I will be trying  after the initial 4 week.  There is one  in particular that I tried last night which can be incorporated into the 4 week  plan and it made a difference.</p>
<p align="justify">My wife is now looking to start the eating plan this week so  as I start my second week my wife will be starting her first week.  She is looking to lose a few pounds as she is  a slim enough already, no I’m not sucking up here J </p>
<p align="justify">It’s quite hard writing a diary without telling you what the  eating plan is but I cannot for obvious reasons but I know you will not be disappointed  with all the content that you will receive in the package.  You will start to feel healthy and lose the  weight that you want without feeling that you are having to give up on  anything.<strong></strong></p>

<p align="justify">I was looking forward to day 3 as there was some good food  on the list and I have to tell you that I have never enjoyed a breakfast as  much as I did on day 3.  It was a simple  breakfast, took 5 minutes to make but I actually tasted and savoured every mouthful  of it.  Even after 3 days I notice a  major shift in my thinking on food.  Before  I was eating food because I could and I didn’t really taste what I was eating, I  would eat a packet of biscuits with a  cup of coffee no problem and it was just like  eating a bag of crisps.  However on day 3  I chewed every mouthful and I tasted the food and enjoyed it for being food and  realised it was going to fuel my body.  This  might sound strange but anybody who has been on any kind of eating plan will  know what I mean.</p>
<p align="justify">I also had a few extras I could eat as snacks in between the  meals I had been given, mainly fruit, but, again, fruit has never tasted so  good.</p>
<p align="justify">I am still amazed that I am not feeling that hungry, I have  had no cravings at all whilst on this eating plan and I honestly expected to  have some serious cravings.  Again I  think it is down to drinking plenty of water and being allowed the coffee and  tea, I am still having it with two sugars (my little luxury) but it is starting  to taste a little sweet so will cut it down to 1 ½ sugars.</p>
<p align="justify">I have past the sore head stage and am feeling normal again ,  well as normal as I can do.</p>
<p align="justify">One thing I have noticed over the last three days is the  amount of flatulation I have and the strength of them, I swear I hovered for a  second or two when I let one out, such was the strength of it J</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Day 4</strong></p>
<p align="justify">Thankfully the flatulation has died down a bit which my wife  and kids are pleased about.</p>
<p align="justify">I enjoyed every bit of my breakfast this morning, it was  basic but extremely tasty.  There were  not as many snack foods today so it was 3 small meals with the usual water, tea  and coffee.  I am still surprised I am  not feeling hungry.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>My weight</strong></p>
<p>It’s only been 4 days since I started the diet and I have  seen a difference already but I know that this rate of weight loss will not continue  over the weeks.  So here they are the stats  in graph form:</p>

<p align="justify">So far I have lost 6Ibs on this diet in 4 days but as David says in a previous reply on days 1 and 2 this could be for a lot of reasons and not just the diet itself, so I am not hung up on the numbers just now.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Burn Fat 4 Dummies Diary – Days 1 and 2</p>
<p>The first two days of the <a href="http://www.clickbank-review.com/BurnFat4Dummies">Burn Fat 4 Dummies</a> diet plan is over.  The initial plan  lasts for 4 weeks and after this you go back to eating normally but hopefully  with a renewed education on food and motivation for exercise and eating  correctly.</p>
<p><strong>Starting point</strong></p>
<p>Obviously there has to be a starting point so let me tell  you my statistics just now</p>
<p><strong>Weight:</strong> 14st 5Ibs  (201 Ibs)</p>
<p><strong>Height:</strong> 5ft 11ins</p>
<p><strong>BMI: </strong>28.0 (There  are flaws with the BMI scale but it is still useful, you can calculate <a href="http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/">your BMI here</a></p>
<p><strong>Goal:</strong> Lose 12 –  16Ibs and start eating a healthy diet</p>
<p><strong>Day 1</strong></p>
<p>The first day wasn’t as bad as I had expected.  When I saw my plan for the 4 weeks, there are  different plans depending on your weight, I panicked a little.  I was beginning to think I had made a mistake  posting the details on my blog.  However  I am determined to follow the plan and see how it goes.</p>
<p>The first day consists of eating a set plan of food,  drinking eight glasses of water and drinking normal consumption of tea or  coffee.  As I said, when I saw the plan I  thought it was a small amount to eat for the day.  I thought I was missing a page or something or  had misread, but no, all I had to eat for the first few days was this small  amount of food.</p>
<p>I actually managed to do this with ease, although the cakes,  sweets and bread did tempt me a lot.   Whenever I felt a bit hungry I drank a glass of water.  I also cut down on the amount of coffee and  Tea I drank.   I usually have 6 – 8 cups  per day with two sugars.  Today I only  had 2 cups of tea and 2 cups of coffee, with sugar.</p>
<p>Obviously I cannot tell you what the meal plan is as that  would be giving the authors secrets away.   However, I wrote to the author and asked if it was healthy to eat this  small amount for the first 2 days.  He  advised that it is not unhealthy unless it was for a prolonged period of  time.  The first two days is to kick  start the metabolism and reboot it, so to speak.</p>
<p><strong>Day 2</strong></p>
<p>It is the end of the second day and I am feeling very  lethargic and suffering from a sore head.   However I have not been drinking as much water as I should have  been.  Yesterday I drank only about ½ litre  of water but today I have drunk about 1 ½ litres of water.  I also have not taken any vitamin  supplements.</p>
<p>The second day was the same eating plan as the first day and  although I didn’t feel particularly hungry I felt the need to eat something  else due to the sore head.   So I deviated  from the plan and had two weetabix with some semi skimmed milk, otherwise I  have stuck to the plan.</p>
<p>I was going to weigh myself every 4 days but I was making  sure the scales were okay J  so I weighed myself today.  I couldn’t  believe it, I had lost 4Ibs already.  Thinking  the scales were wrong I tried them in different places in the house and then  asked my wife to weigh herself and she was the same weight as she was at the  time I started the eating plan (I had asked my wife to weigh herself as a  barometer to make sure the scales were okay).</p>
<p>So far I have not felt that hungry which really has surprised  me, I think this is a mixture of motivation and still being able to drink  coffee and tea.  Also I have asked the  author a few questions and he has pretty much answered my questions within a  few hours, so I know there is support there which also comes with the <a href="http://www.clickbank-review.com/BurnFat4Dummies">Burn Fat  4 Dummies</a> program.</p>

<p align="justify">As of Saturday the 26th July 2008 I will start a  new way of eating.  I have slowly been  putting on weight over the last few months and was seeing the old belly growing  outwards.  I thought enough is enough and  have decided to change my eating habits once and for all and that day starts  tomorrow (the old, ‘I’ll start my diet tomorrow’ routine J).</p>
<p align="justify">I have naturally been fit and trim all my life and didn’t  really have to do a lot of work to keep my body in shape, but with me now being  39 and not getting much exercise it’s harder to naturally keep the pounds from  piling up.  A few weeks ago I decided to  change my eating habits but first wanted   a head start and lose a few pounds by following a weight loss program.  Well that weight loss program kind of fell  into my lap by way of ‘<a href="http://www.clickbank-review.com/BurnFat4Dummies">Burn  Fat 4 Dummies’</a> by David Holm.</p>
