One Question and Merry Christmas

I’m just getting ready to go out for our family meal and then off to the movies to see Sherlock Holmes. This is a Christmas Eve tradition our family have and I absolutely love it.

I just wanted to write to wish you all a fantastic Christmas, wherever you are in the world.

I also wanted to ask you one question:

What is the one big goal you hope to achieve in 2012?

  • I’m too late to say Merry Christmas but I made it in time to say Happy New Year Steve! Thanks for all the work you do on this site and through your products. Isn’t it amazing to realize you impact people from all over the world? Well, for all of them and me, THANKS and Happy New Year.

  • This is gonna sound like a lame sales pitch to click on my website link (hint hint) but my big goal for the year is to get more subscribers for my blog.

  • Hi Steve

Thank you for the beautiful wishes and I am sure you had a great holiday weekend!

As for me and 2012….hmmm,I think I am going to have to give this some more thought….I love living in the moment, and creating each one consciously so I feel like I have everything I want and need in each moment. But travelling to new destinations is always a goal and I look forward to where 2012 will take me…I could plan it, but I prefer the element of surprise 😉

Wishing you a fantastic year’s end and new year!!!

  • Happy holidays Steve, and thanks for all of the great information you’ve put out this year! I’m hoping to hand off my brick and mortar business and employees to someone else, and create a 100% digital and/or personal business and lifestyle that does not tie me to any given location. I’d love to travel more, and I met that goal this year by purchasing a used RV. I’m exploring the concept of Workamping to supplement my on-line business income until I can get that where it needs to be. I think Workamping sounds fun, because it would allow me to share my talents across a variety of hospitality related venues, season to season, at a wide array of employers. If I don’t like it, I can up and move at the end of the seasonal contract :) P.S. Your post on becoming a morning person helped me tremendously this year. I am now a routine 6AM riser (and yes, it came naturally … I still set my iPhone to play the harp alarm, but 9 times out of 10, I’ve been awake for quite some time, listening to my thoughts). In the extra hour that gave me, I was able to write a cookbook for friends and family for Christmas, which someday, I hope to publish.

  • Hi Steve,

Thanks for the holiday greetings. My main big goal is to exercise discipline in all areas of my life, this goal then divides into different categories, I’d say one of the most important for me is to focus on each task I do until completed without distraction.

  • Merry Christmas to you too, Steve!

My goal is to launch a monthly newsletter, write a new ebook and become much more competent with html and other coding issues. Does it count as one goal when I stuff three into one sentence? :)

  • Merry Christmas to you too, Steve! I hope it was all you wanted it to be.

My goal for 2012 is to launch a monthly newsletter and write an ebook that I’ll sell online and become much more competent at coding (html and all). Does it count as one goal if I stuff three into one sentence?

  • Hi Steve,

Merry Christmas! I always have many goals! For January my goals are to have a successful Habit Building Challenge on my blog, to create a new book and a new opt-in as well as continue building my business. Your Mind Alchemy course was a big inspiration for me to create my own challenge!

    Take care,

  • Merry Christmas Steven, I hope 2012 is good to you!

My one goal for 2012 is to pass all my subjects!

  • Hi, Steve,
Merry Christmas and Happy new year to you and your family too. I have many goals to accomplish, one of the major one is to get fit by the end of 2012.

  • Hi Steve,

I hope your Christmas is wonderful as well.

My goal for 2012 is to turn my finances around – pay off my debts and create a great income for supporting myself and my son.

  • Hi Steve,
Merry Christmas to you my friend. I like your Christmas Eve tradition, maybe I will borrow it for next year.

Like so many of your commentators I want to take my blog to the next level. The year 2011 was all about learning the blogging basics and now it is time to become a real “problogger” in 2012.

    Take care…

  • I have two goals; I have just started a blog and my ambition for this year is to have a coherent strategy to offer quality content, to help people just like me to learn how to progress with their goals for Internet Marketing and self development. I have trained as a life coach, trained in NLP, been a director of a building company, sales director for a flooring company, owned the lease on a pub/restaurant and am a self employed driving instructor.

My other ambition is to achieve my optimum level of health and fitness.
Steven you’ve been to the movies tonight. I have just watched a program on the tv called Epic Movies they share something with this reply to your question; They are both long. lol Merry Christmas to everyone

  • Thanks for the blog!Am trying to decide and pare down my resolutions to one main one but have two at the end-
1)The need for better eating and exercise habits!
2)To focus on both family and work as best as I can!
    Thanks for listening!

  • The prime directive for the next cycle which commenced on 22 December is to decrease the clutter / complexity in all aspects of life.

Depending upon which holiday you celebrate at this time of year, it is hoped that you can make the most of it.

  • I’m cheating: I’m sharing three goals: a) I will have my new Personal Success Factors up and going for 9 months strong by year end 2012 b) I will pay down a substantial amount of debt c) I will have completed some major remodeling projects at home :)

  • Hi Steven,

Thanks so much for the kind wishes, and though its my first visit to your blog, I would want to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and very Happy New Year as well.

About my goals- ah…I also rewrote about my resolutions for the coming year that cover up quite a bit of things. :)

    Thanks for sharing :)
