Welcome to day 14 of Mind Alchemy.

Today is another catch up day.  This is to help you catch up on anything you have missed or want to revisit over the last few weeks.

We are now half way through the course and now would be a good time to  ask any questions about any aspect of the course here, or just let me know how you are getting on with the course.  From the Facebook group page, some are finding it tough going at the start but it seems to be getting easier – how do you feel about it?

You can check out the previous days exercises here:

Well, if it’s done nothing else, it has inspired me to try getting up early. Out of bed just before 5am this morning! I’ll see how I fair the rest of the day.

  2. I am finding that I am more aware of my thoughts and my emotions. When I hear music I am now also doing a quick emotional and attitude check in. If I am not in a state I prefer I make an adjustment.

One thing I do notice is that many of my habitual activities, things I just do, don’t focus on or even enjoy, are not value based. They re only things that I did just because I believed they were expected of me or it was the way I had learned by observation.
I am more aware of how I spend my time.

Excellent course Steve! I have taken notes on many self-help exercises throughout the years and you seem to have created a course that condenses all of the most important exercises and topics into a relatively short course.

So you’ve done a great job with this and, in my opinion, should have no problem marketing this as a product in the future. I have personally benefited greatly from the exercises, and have found that what has worked for me the most is keeping a journal in which you write your goals/gratitude list/affirmations, etc every day (even if you are writing many of the same goals everyday). This is a more active approach to just writing your goals once and only reviewing them everyday. This way, these things get ingrained in your mind much better.

So that is my advice to all of you; start keeping a journal, write your goals/gratitude list/affirmations every single day, taking your time and while doing so, and visualizing having already achieved those goals. Also, thank you very much for giving the course to all of us for free. It is greatly appreciated :)

    Steven,

Today I went over the days we’ve been doing so far in this course and I am looking forward to continue with this..

    Thank you!

Still a little catch up to do, but then today has been a bit unusual for me with a few challenges. Doing this course has helped me to be stronger than in the past to face these challenges to my integrity. Roll on tomorrow.
