It’s a short clip about an autistic boy who was used to running about after a basketball team, getting water, mopping sweat and helping the coach out. although many of you may have seen it I thought i would share it. I have a 4 year old who is autistic. I am so hopeful for his future! What I loved more about this than the basketball is that Jason was able to have meaningful relationships with others. This is something that my son cannot do right now – but I keep working and hoping. I watch these videos over and over again – hoping one day I will be watching my own son. To Jason’s parents – you are my inspiration!
