It’s been a long time since I have done a guided meditation and since I love doing them so much I thought I would do one  today for you.

Since I started this blog nearly 4 years ago I always get asked about procrastination and how to help with it and a lot of my coaching sessions are to help clients overcome procrastination.

I have put together a beautiful guided meditation for you. This meditation helps you with your intentions and does two things: it helps you to totally relax and helps you gain your desires quicker each time you use it.

One of the problems with intention manifestation is we don’t spend enough time sending our intentions out into the universe. We may think about our desires a few times and then forget about it. This meditation will focus your thoughts on your intentions

I have recorded a guided meditation as I have been asked a few times about
it in the past and I have just gotton round to it now.

This is a very powerful meditation and can often bring up interesting results
and answers to questions you might have been asking yourself.

The meditation itself is about you meeting your futre self and asking yourself
a question about any aspect of your life just now. It is used to alay
any fears you might have just now and works on the principle that you control
your own future but the thoughts your are thinking. By asking your future
self a question you can clarify and create powerful beliefs which will help
manifest your goals for life.
