I am the owner of this blog and want to help you as much as I can through with the writing which will help you lead the life you really want. I offer Blog Coaching for bloggers who want to step it up a notch and Life Coaching to help you makes changes in your personal and business life.

Over the last few weeks I have been trying to find out what readers of the blog would like more information on.  So I emailed my subscriber list and asked them.  4 titles topped the polls and one of them was ‘How to get more subscribers to your blog’.

This kind of surprised me, but I asked the list what they really wanted to know about this topic and in true ‘let the readers decide’ I have produced a first draft of an ebook entitled: How to Reach 10,000 Blog Subscribers.

I am giving this away for free to all CYT readers.

DOWNLOAD THE EBOOK HERE

Who is it for?

Anybody who has a blog and is looking to increase their exposure in the blogging field.  You can be in any niche and benefit from this ebook.

What you will learn

  • Why your subscriber count is important.
  • The four aspects of your blog you must focus on to capture readers attention
  • 7 ways to dramatically increase your subscriber count

Do you like it? was it helpful? If so, I have two simple requests

1) Let me know. Share your feedback in the comments section or write to me directly.

2) Help spread the word. Pass this along to the everyone you know, maybe no everyone, I don’t think your Gran would like a copy, but you know what I mean.  Would be great to Tweet this as well.

I hope you enjoy ‘How to reach 10,000 Blog Subscribers’  it and look forward to hearing your thoughts about it.

Hey Steven!

Very cool, just read your guide. Straight to the point, useful and a big help to many new bloggers.

I really liked your idea of sharing lists, I’m going to find a few people to do that with. I only recently started using Aweber and really regret that I didnt start with it from day 1. Feedburner is very sketchy lately.

Congrats on reaching 10k :)

Thank you!

HI Steven, I’m hooked…totally and completely to this book. INfact I have been a subscriber to the blogging boot camp newsletter too..so have been making subtle changes on the blog in that regard too. I wud love it if you could have a peek and let me know what you think of the changes.
Plus..there is such powerful information in this ebook..i’m itching to give it a go. All the advice i’m getting form the blogging bootcamp newsletter and leo’s podcasts..is literally catapulting the blog to a new LIFE. Amazing…how small changes can make such a huge difference.
Thank you thank you thank you…other than actually giving me such a lovely resource…now all that left for you to do it tell all your subscribers to subscribe to me ;) You are so giving with all your trade secrets! I know I am lucky to have connected with you.
Much Love,Z~

Hi Zeenat. Your blog is looking great, fresh, well presented and easy to navigate.

The one thing that sticks out for me is that it is not too clear on how to subscribe, as your RSS/Email button is hidden in the purple background, I would make it more prominent.

I would also advise you that now is a great time to step it up a gear and go for an aweber account and catch all the passing traffic with a one time showing of a pop up to subscribe to your new ebook. I think if you do this you will never look back.

That’s just to get you more subscribers but as far as the blog goes it looks great and being part of the mastermind group will give it wings :)

Oh, and thanks so much for your kind words about the ebook :)

Hi Steven,

Thank you so much for sharing this valuable resource. I am sure it will help me get to that next level of subscribers. I have a question though, do you think I can get a copy of the prequel of this e-book. How to get 10 subscribers. That number seems a little more attainable for me at this time. :-) lol!

Dear STEVEN!!!! You are a treasure!! I am going to start reading this today. It’s as if you wrote it for ME! LOL!! I need this type of info right now because I have no idea what I’m doing. Although I am getting people subscribing every day (so that is cool). So this will REALLY help me. And I love that it’s coming from you because I trust you and love your writing.

Last night before bed, I was just reading you book “100 Ways to Develop Your Mind” http://www.stevenaitchison.co.uk/blog/2009/09/27/100-ways-to-develop-your-mind/ I love this little book and cannot read it without feeling happy and connect to you and the rest of the world. It is just a creative, funny, and FUN read. It just has a good feeling to it.

So, in light of that I’m sure I will love this VERY helpful book on subscribers. I only recently worked out how to use Aweber.com and get my Subscribe form on my blog and website. LOL! Nonetheless, I AM learning.

Thank you for your generous heart my friend. And for giving us all this useful gift, and sooooo many other gifts as well. Hugs to you, Robin

Hi Robin

I had a chuckle to myself earlier on today when I got your email about subscribing to your blog with Aweber. I was thinking, you’d finally got to grips with the technology and marketing side of things :)

It’s amazing to think you were reading my book from another country and how we are all still connected in some way, it blows my mind sometimes. I received an email from your publicist (very swanky :) ) the other day and can’t wait to read your book and write a review on it.

Thank you for being part of CYTs success, it’s great to know you have my back.

Your friend, always.

Hi Michelle, so glad you found this in such a serendipitous way (I love using that word :) ). The pop us is great if you only use it as a one time pop up, meaning that regular readers won’t see it every time they come to the blog, it’ll only be for new readers and passers by.

What a great book, thank you so much for sharing it for free! I love how give the information in such an easy to read manner, it was very easy to read through. I’m still digesting much of what I read but I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate it!

The biggest thing that I took away from it is how I really need to focus on my list. I have been working on an opt-in that I can give away and I hadn’t considered giving away something by someone else in the meantime.

Thank you so much for offering this free ebook. I’m part-way through it and will finish the rest tomorrow (too sleepy to continue now). However, you’ve already given me some food for thought.

How difficult is it to change a theme? I’d really like to try another, but never having done so, I’m nervous about the whole process.

Again, thanks!

Very impressive Steven and great tips in this book. Thanks for giving it away. The only item I expected to see and either missed it skimming the book or its not there was the value of guest posts on other sites to both grow subscribers and those relationships we know are so critical to blogging success. Thoughts?

Hi Steven

Well, I have to be honest, I have read just a little here and there about increasing readership, but I have just let things flow naturally for the most part, where topics like this are concerned. But something about the energy of this book and it coming from you got my attention and I am definitely going to read it.

I feel I can help a lot of people, but naturally I have to also take into account of how those people are going to find me. So I really appreciate you offering this and look forward reading it!
