It was great meditation Steven! I also record guided meditations for my CD of the month program. I really liked the background music, very calming and relaxing and I loved the script. I think it would be better if you spoke just a little bit slower, other than that I think it is great.

Thanks Lana. That is me slowing it right down believe it or not, must be a Scottish thing as we usually speak really fast :) thanks for your feeedback, I’m off to your site to listen to a few.

there is something totaly magical that you have achieved with forest walk, and i want to ask of you whether you did it, or whether you were aware of it. this same thing happened both times i have played this meditation; the music played by your pianist lingers on for a full hour after the tape has finished. it slowely fades away, but i can still pick up notes during this time. the only way i can get it to stop is to totaly turn off my computer. i don’t want you to think that my mind is playing tricks on me. This is actually happening, and this happens only with this meditation. i only wish that you had turned up the volumne on your own voice; it is very hard to hear all the good stuff you are telling us.

Steven,
This meditation was one I could enter into more than some others. Walking in a quiet, out of the way place is something I have done myself, so the visualizations were easier, and the whole atmosphere was not a stretch, wich suits me. Thank you.

HI Steven…I am not usually one who puts on a cd or tape to meditate..I prefer the sounds of early morning nature….but this was really very very good. Very calming and very beautiful. I might just start using this for my meditations :)

That was relaxing. Gotta get me a surround sound system :)

I also like some of the CD’s made by Richard Bandler, the co-founder of NLP. They get me so relaxed I feel like I’m taking off.

Hi eduard, I’ve listened to a few from Richard bandler from his new book which was quite good. Surround sound would be great with this type of meditation. Glad you enjoyed this one.

I thought it does exactly the job it set out to. I am a fan of the Scottish accent at the moment and I personally didn’t think it was too fast. The tone was also very relaxing.

Thanks Rosie. You either love the accent or hate it, glad you liked it :)

As a nature photographer I found that your words correspond to many of the images I have recorded and use as visual meditations when I need to refresh my world. Do you have more location meditations planned?

Hi Wayne, thanks for your comments. I love doing the location meditations and will be releasing more in the future.

Steve, you just took a walk through my living environment. See why I live in the forest, it’s a living meditation. You did a beautiful job here, very soothing.

Thanks, Steve.

I found it not only very relaxing, but very moving. Like a beautiful tail wind easing me to an oasis of peace and calm. You have a gift for this type of production. Well done.

Have you thought about reading stories or poetry in the same manner – even your posts?

I’m really looking forward to your next productions.

Best to you, Robin

PS I just listened to this again and want to say it has subtle qualities that moved me to tears. I think it’s something in your voice that reminds me of the way a loving parent would speak to a wounded child to help sooth them. There is a certain love or compassion that comes through in your voice. Beautiful dear Steven. Very very beautiful.

i loved this one. even, my three year old weimereiner, who is constantly anxious and pacing, calmed down and sat next to me during this meditation. it was very sweet. thank you for helping me start my day off this way. it was headed in a very different, unhealthy direction of rushing, stress, and panic.

thank you!

It provokes a really relaxed state. Is that your natural voice? Or is it your voice?
Also, the idea is good. A real walk in the forest has meditative effects, too!
