I don't know why anyone would use BT anymore. I have had a 2nd line installed which I wanted switching off months ago but BT still can't do it because they are using contractors who apparently, 'don't adhere to the BT philosophy!' Hi all
Just to let you all know that I set up a BT Complaints website about 2 years ago after I had a complete with them and their terrible customer services department.
The BT Complaints website allows you to look at many types of BT complaints and submit your own. All complaints are being compiled into a report and then sent for investigation by Watchdog, Offcom etc.

hi,

i fully understand your pain, just a bit suggestion. Just looking at the tilte of the website, so why not you just calm down and change your thoughts a bit.

maybe it’s time for you to do something without your phone line or internet for a few days, it’s not your fault and you’re good enough. You already done the complain part but you don’t run their company, there’s no more you can do about it.

so I think you’re good, and please grab a pencil, and do something else. Sometimes I wish internet isn’t invented, so i don’t have to stick with this monitor everyday
