		<description>I&#039;m beginning to see that I am going to have to really cut down on my fatty intake.  The way I want to stay fit is not going to be an easy path for me, but I just know that this is what my body needs. I want to feel better, look better, and I&#039;m willing to do my part.

		<description>Don&#039;t beat yourself up for eating forbidden foods. That&#039;s actually one of the keys to dieting success (in my humble opinion). No one is &#039;good&#039; every day, there needs to be some room to eat chocolate cake once in a while. The trick is, if you allow yourself this treat once in a while you&#039;ll have more motivation for eating a healthy diet on a regular basis. With time, the urge to eat sugary foods decreases and you&#039;ll find yourself choosing rice cakes over carrot cake. Okay that last one was an exaggeration, but allowing myself to cheat occasionally is what saved my &#039;diet&#039; plan.</description>
