Great article Steve, as you say, that story is a scene in your own story. An important part of why you are who you are. That is the most powerful and needed thing in life. The acceptance of who we are with all of it, because most of the time your strength is in your weakness. You have to connect the dots backwards to see the big picture.
I met Ross at the System Seminar this year. He is a great guy, full of resourceful ideas.
Thanks for a great post. It came as the answer to a moment of doubt.

So true about building relationships in business. Building relationships also applies to personal life and not just in business
