Great job Steve and I wouldn’t worry about the scale those numbers may fool you at the start, as you might have eaten ALLOT before you hit the scale the first time, (i.e.: you get a high weight loss initially which isn’t accurate at all). 

As you have noticed the rest of the days this week, you have to eat a lot of food. Those two initial days are very important and I strongly advice everyone to follow it to the point. (Off course if they can.)

About the tea/coffee don’t worry about it, maybe you can drink 4-6 cups with 1 sugar? It`s important for you to not lose the motivation, so drinking / eating something you like is important for future progress.

So Steve your two hard days for this week are over, today you can relax have 3 meals + 4 fruits which is amazing and it works… 
Hoping you stick to the end, because it`ll be worth it, I promise you!
