I really like the future self guided meditation. There was a slight glitch though. It played fast. It sounded like an old record that was played a faster speed than it should have. I’m not sure if it’s because of Firefox or not, but you may want to check into it.

I like the idea of meeting your future self. The question is always the same, what is most important?

I loved the future self meditation. For some reason, it had such a profound impact on me and I know because of this my life will change for the better, from this moment on. For the first time in my life, I “saw” myself as I want to see myself. Fear had always prevented me from doing that. Thanks so much.

I also like the future self meditation. If you meet your future self, then you will have a chance to change whatever it is that needed to be changed to become a better person.

Hi Steven: I have listened to your intention mediation about 3-4 times a week for months. I love it. And it works! Today for the first time I listened to intention mediation followed directly by meeting your future self. It was beautiful. I think you already need to be present with yourself to have success with meditation. I removed all negative emotions from my inner self over a year ago and it allows the meditation experience to be pure. There will always be stresses however this practice allows the body and mind to maintain a relaxed state. It’s like a mini holiday and your guided meditations are my favorites! Your tone of voice, and accent are ideal. I have had hypnosis therapy and feel as if it comparable to a mini hypnosis session. I actually wish they were a bit longer. I never seem to want to come back so soon. It is all very inspiring.
Warmest regards,
Carolyn

Hi Steve: In these trying times I feel it is imperative to remember when you calm the mind, you calm the body. These meditations not only keep me focused on my goals and intentions but also allow my mind and body to remain in a stableized relaxed state. When outside influences or stresses present themselves this practice seems to preserve an acceptance and calm demenour. I actually go to your website when I’m feeling a bit rattled and I achieve the peace of mind I’m seeking. I can’t thank you enough. Have a wonderful, safe, healthy holday season!!
