Binaural beats for personal development
I see you're a new reader here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting the site. Steven Aitchison!
I have been using Binaural Beats for years and it has helped me tremendously in my quest for peak development. I first started using Holosync CDs which were good and started me on the road to using binaural beats .
Recently I discovered how to create my own binaural beats and I was blown away with the results. So I read more and looked into the science of binaural beats and isochronics and I found lots of scientific research on the benefits of using these ‘digital drugs’. I studies more and learned as much as I could and started using a fantastic program for creating my own and I believe I have created some great binaural beats to help me to relax, help with my personal addictions, help alleviate stress and so much more.
Binaural Beats newsletter
For the last few months I have been working on a Binaural Beats subscription newsletter. Subscribing to the newsletter will give you access to:
- 3 Professional Binaural Beat downloads
- 1 self development eBook
- 1 Guided meditation download
There is a small charge of $15 per month for this subscription and I think it represents great value when compared to most Binaural Beat download sites.
I am committed to over-delivering with everything I create just now and if you have bought any of my other products ‘Your First Clickbank Sale’ and ‘Lucid Dreaming’ you’ll know you are getting value for your money.
You can read more about the subscription newsletter at
What are Binaural Beats?
The theory behind binaural beats is that if you apply slightly different frequency sine waves to each ear, a beating affect is created in the brain itself, due to the brain’s internal wiring. If, in the presence of these tones, you relax and let your mind go, your mind will naturally synchronize with the beat frequency. In this way it is possible to tune the frequency of your brain waves to particular frequencies that you have selected, using of the four bands: Delta: deep sleep, Theta: dreaming and intuitive stuff, Alpha: awake, focussed inside, and Beta: awake, focussed outside.
They have been used by thousands of people all over the world to treat such ailments as; depression, anxiety, ADD, ADHD, addiction as well as helping with relaxation, lucid dreaming, studying, and concentration to name but a few.
There is a mountain of research on Binaural Beats, just type the phrase in Google to find out more.
I hope to see you as a member of www.binaural-heaven.com and I promise you will not be disappointed by the downloads.

I use Neuro Programmer from Transparent Corp:
http://transparentcorp.com/
It also uses sound waves in various manners to invoke certain brain waves. I haven’t use Binaural Beats, but I would imagine it is in a similar vein.
I bough the professional version of Neuro Programmer and use it every day. It has the ability to export your sessions to .wav, so that you can use them on your iPod, or wherever you like, sans computer.

Any effective therapy that doesn’t involve drugs has to be positive - thanks very much for your efforts in publicizing the benefits of Binaural Beats!
Comment by Steven Aitchison on 20 April 2008:
Thanks Benjamin, I am using NP2 just now to create binaural beats and it is a fantastic program.
Thanks Steve (WordsnCollision) using binaural beats really does feel like taking drugs sometimes only it’s legal and there are no side effects

Thanks for sharing! This sounds interesting. I’m a bit confused, is this a therapy and no side effects in using this?
Comment by Steven Aitchison on 21 April 2008:
Hi Phil, it’s not used as a separate therapy but can be used in conjunction with another type of therapy. Having said this, there are some therapists using binaural beats as their sole prescription to help their patients.

Yes, Holosync (an example of binaural beats) is beneficial, and seems to be good for many issues including stress, mood problems, anger, persistent bad habits, etc. Because it stimulates the brainwaves that are achieved in meditation, it presumably gives the same benefits as long term meditation. I wonder if there are studies on binaural beats and their benefits?

I’ve been on the road to recovery for awhile now and I really needed help with my addiction problems. These binarual beats offer a beneficial solution. I’d highly recommend and reinforce the authors statements in this post.

How do i subscribe to your newsletter?
Comment by Marcus on 6 September 2008:
I understand there is some difference between binaural beats and brainwave entrainment. For example:
http://brainwave-sync.com provide a number of brainwave entrainment CDs which I have used and are very effective.
How well would binaural beat audio compare?
Comment by irish gifts on 12 September 2008:
I’m very interested in this but I wonder if there is a free sample copy of your newsletter available? $15 per month is a bit steep for me just to find out more
Comment by big man clothes on 6 October 2008:
Is there anywhere we can listen to a sample of what the beats sound like?
This stuff sounds really interesting, particularly in helping with lucid dreaming which I’ve tried before without too much success.
Comment by Sam Crowley on 5 March 2009:
Hand in the air for a sample newsletter as well as the sounds, too, please. Online versions would be fine, to get a feel for your publications. Thanks! Nice site.
