How anout our bosses? what about feed-back, and - most importantly - money? I recently moved to Oz, because it's so much cooler here, also work wise: People, including bosses, are much friendlier, you do get a decent salary and plenty time off. That's a motivation, people. Here I feel compelled to give what I've got. Back when I was living in Israel this was not the case at all. There you are being squeezed like a lemon for nothing in return and every couple of years you get laid off and have to fight to get your compensation and your last salary.
