Guided Meditation - Intention manifestation

intention manifestionI have put together a beautiful guided meditation for you. This meditation helps you with your intentions and does two things: it helps you to totally relax and helps you gain your desires quicker each time you use it.

One of the problems with intention manifestation is we don’t spend enough time sending our intentions out into the universe. We may think about our desires a few times and then forget about it. This meditation will focus your thoughts on your intentions

I have used the music from Brian Eno’s album: Apollo, which is just a beautiful album to listen to. I listen to it a lot as I am falling asleep

I hope you enjoy this meditation and as ever I welcome feedback on all aspects of the meditation.

  3. Great guided meditation. I used to do this sometime, but I haven’t for a while. This is a great start again. Thanks Steven.

For the audio it would be nice if you could somehow reduce the static noise of the microphone a bit. You can hear it quite good, especially since it’s not there anymore in some parts where the voicerecording is off.

  5. Good work, Steve. The music and your timing were excellent.

One question - is there any way for people to download the meditation?

  7. Hi Lodewijk, thanks for your comments. I have listened to it a few times and can’t hear static noise. i am in the market for a new microphone anyway so this should reduce any static noise in future recordings.

    Hi Rick

I will add it to the podcasting section of the website so you can download it from there.

  15. Thank you. The beautiful meditation actually made me cry - I can’t pinpoint exactly why - except that when I imagined myself floating above this beautiful earth looking down- I fell in love with life - and I saw the earth with the eyes of a child again. I’m deeply touched and grateful that I was able to share in the meditation experience.

  23. Hi Steven, thank you fo this meditation. The progressive relaxation at the beginning really works, and everytime I try it, my mind state changes as my body state changes! And I appreciate how it helps us remember our intentions, as this act of going towards our goals keeps us focused and growing as human beings as we go along our path.

  25. Hi Steven

This is an incredible meditation, thank you so much for having the courage and grace to post it where it can be used by people all around the world. (I am in New Zealand)
If it is available on a podcast that would be wonderful. I would love to listen to this by the seashore on a warm morning with the sound of the waves in the background, however the laptop is a bit cumbersome to lug around on my walks…. An Ipod is somewhat easier.
    Blessings

  33. I really enjoyed your guided meditation. Inspirational…

Lodewijk, there is some audio “noise” but it didn’t really concern me. Audio production can be tricky and expensive!

Now off I go to find that Album by Brian Eno (very nice)
