intention manifestionI have put together a beautiful guided meditation for you. This meditation helps you with your intentions and does two things: it helps you to totally relax and helps you gain your desires quicker each time you use it.

One of the problems with intention manifestation is we don’t spend enough time sending our intentions out into the universe. We may think about our desires a few times and then forget about it. This meditation will focus your thoughts on your intentions

I have used the music from Brian Eno’s album: Apollo, which is just a beautiful album to listen to. I listen to it a lot as I am falling asleep

I hope you enjoy this meditation and as ever I welcome feedback on all aspects of the meditation.

Great guided meditation. I used to do this sometime, but I haven’t for a while. This is a great start again. Thanks Steven.

For the audio it would be nice if you could somehow reduce the static noise of the microphone a bit. You can hear it quite good, especially since it’s not there anymore in some parts where the voicerecording is off.

Good work, Steve. The music and your timing were excellent.

One question – is there any way for people to download the meditation?

Hi Lodewijk, thanks for your comments. I have listened to it a few times and can’t hear static noise. i am in the market for a new microphone anyway so this should reduce any static noise in future recordings.

Hi Rick

I will add it to the podcasting section of the website so you can download it from there.

Thank you. The beautiful meditation actually made me cry – I can’t pinpoint exactly why – except that when I imagined myself floating above this beautiful earth looking down- I fell in love with life – and I saw the earth with the eyes of a child again. I’m deeply touched and grateful that I was able to share in the meditation experience.

Lauren, that is the best compliment I have ever received about the guided meditation. I am so happy you got a lot out of it and thank you for leaving your comment.

Hi Steven, thank you fo this meditation. The progressive relaxation at the beginning really works, and everytime I try it, my mind state changes as my body state changes! And I appreciate how it helps us remember our intentions, as this act of going towards our goals keeps us focused and growing as human beings as we go along our path.

Hi Steven

This is an incredible meditation, thank you so much for having the courage and grace to post it where it can be used by people all around the world. (I am in New Zealand)
If it is available on a podcast that would be wonderful. I would love to listen to this by the seashore on a warm morning with the sound of the waves in the background, however the laptop is a bit cumbersome to lug around on my walks…. An Ipod is somewhat easier.
Blessings

I really enjoyed your guided meditation. Inspirational…

Lodewijk, there is some audio “noise” but it didn’t really concern me. Audio production can be tricky and expensive!

Now off I go to find that Album by Brian Eno (very nice)

Hello Steve: This guided meditation is beautiful to say the least and I can’t thank you enough. The music, the ocean along with the floating technique provides the felling of accomplishment. I felt my intentions release into the universe. I have worked with others that are wonderful as well but yours has a lovely timing and could easily be implimented to a daily practice. Is there anyway to download this so I can get away from the computer to hear it? Thanks again so much!

Hello Steve: You are a true jem for your kindness to allow this download. Now I can listen on my cd player on the beach or in my room surrounded by my crystal spheres and gem stones. I have been using this guided meditaion daily and I cannot thank you enough for the beauty and simplity it offers. I actually had my 9 year old son join me. I have wanted to introduce him to the serenity of meditation and your piece gave me the ideal opportunity for him to have a visual to work with as he lied on the floor beside me and implemented his own intentions. He loved it and wants to work more with me on this journey which is all I could have dreamed of for him to learn inner peace from this early age. Yes I would be interested in further guided meditaions that you have worked on. My email is carolynmeecham@rogers.com if you care to share further details.
My warmest regards,
Carolyn

Meditation is very helpful tool to control our mind and heart, some times we won’t able to take the correct decision because our mind tell one decision that differ from heart decision, if we do a meditation we will do easily.

This is one of the best guided meditations that I have ever experienced. I would like to know more if Steve has any additional work that is available. Also, in using meditaion to manifest, if there are any guidelines on how long, or often one should work on one topic before changing the intention. Great work!!!

oh…. that was so good. It was just what I was looking for, and was even better than I expected, and the beach as a setting is particularly meaningful, and related to the intention I had prior to even searching for a guided meditation. Thank you for sharing.

I just tried this for the first time a minute ago. Wonderful. It really was a relaxing 14 minutes. I’ve never tried sending out my intentions and I’ll be interested to see how it goes. And I have to say you have a lovely gentle voice which makes all the difference. Thanks for taking the time to share it.

Thnak you for this wonderful meditation, I was feeling very sad today and after being uplifted from lots of your other articles I did the meditation which reminded me that I was part of the universe, and I also cried at the thought that I had forgotten that “all is well and the world is beautiful”. Thank you for reminding me!…xxx
