Thank you very much for this article I appreciate it a lot.  I thought the article was great.  I know it&#039;s semantics to say stop saying: &#039;being disciplined&#039; but instead  use &#039;creating a habit&#039;, but it&#039;s the power of words which help us change our psychology every day, so you hit the nail on the head with this one.

I love the fact that you mentioned shifting energy, what a great way to look at tasks.
