Another way of looking at the manifestation of health and the prana that sustains us.
I hope you feel the spring in the air. In the midst of the storm or the sweet calm of evening there I AM. We are living at a time in history filled with promise and hope as well as apparent chaos and difficulty. It is increasingly important for us to remember that wherever thou are there I AM. It is increasingly important to maintain a spiritual practice and center ourselves in Love. All that is going on around us need not penetrate us; it is not the Truth of who we are.

It is nice to chat with you in this way and to talk about this seemingly elusive subject of “getting what you want” in your every day life and affairs; and that is what I should like to try to explain. HOW TO GET WHAT YOU WANT while here in this earth plane of mortal being in your karmic evolution. The ability to get and enjoy whatever you may desire is merely a matter of Knowledge of, and correct conformity to, the Magic Laws of Nature; for to KNOW the Law and live it is to abide in a veritable kingdom of “heaven” of your own making. That condition of well-being we call “heaven” is a state of Consciousness which reflects into the affairs of our everyday life. Moreover, nobody but you can get what you want for you, promises, assurances and threats to the contrary notwithstanding.

Nearly everybody is, in some measure, seeking that intangible and enjoyable condition of being we commonly call “Success” which I maintain is the easiest attainment imaginable, when rightly understood.

After all, what is Success? What do you mean when you think of one who is, or has attained Success? Most people think of Success in terms of riches, or position, or title, or other tangible evidence of accomplishment. Few persons have any idea of the real meaning of the term “Success: I submit for your consideration that true Success is the effect or result of one’s ability to Be or Become, Do, and Have whatever is desired; in other words, the ability to GET WHAT YOU WANT.

He or she who has acquired riches is not always a Success. Sometimes the humble loot maker is a greater Success than is the industrial giant. Success for one may mean something quite different from what another may call Success. In any event, any degree of success, in any avenue of endeavor, is the effect, or result, of the Right conscious attitude, as has been demonstrated by every man and woman who has ever been acclaimed a Success.

I repeat, the Secret of Success lies in our maintaining a healthy, positive mental attitude. A negative, destructive conscious attitude harbors fear and worry which only leads to failure and distressing consequences. I am sure you have heard the statement, “there is nothing to fear but fear itself.” Fear shuts us down. It literally blocks our connection with the Infinite Omnipresence from which all blessings flow. There is One Universal Mind which we all use This Mind is Divine Intelligence, Infinite Knowing and is available to us if we but keep our attention on the good.

Where our attention goes, energy flows and results happen. Our thoughts (that is our beliefs, attitudes and emotions) are powerful and will produce results. Think of disaster and you will create disaster. Think loss, you will create loss. Think new opportunity and you will create new opportunities.

The world in which “we live and move and have our being” is a world of illusion. For we and all about us are but the reflections of the eternal verities of the Infinite Omnipresence. We are like so many “ cups of water” reflecting the “Light of The World” which is innately and inherently WITHIN us because of our spiritual at one-ment with The Infinite Omnipresence.

Success, you see, is NEVER a matter of material acquisition, but rather, of spiritual Understanding and expression in Thought. We keep these little “cups of water, which we call conscious mind, powerful and effective for Good by Right Thinking.

Hopefully these few thoughts have been interesting to you and I will continue in my next message with the next step in the road to success.

Best wishes,
Richard

In fact the set is so long I will post it in two parts, this is the first twelve songs, part two will feature the last seven songs of the regular set plus six encore tracks.

All good things, as they say, must come to an end. Now, I don't know that this blog ever really qualified as a "good" thing, but, from June 4, 2005 to March 5, 2009, it certainly provided me some much-appreciated distraction from the real world.Turkisch free mp3 download.

I've always assumed that I would keep this blog going for as long as I was alive to do it, and so I have. But change is afoot, and the time has finally come to put this thing out of its misery.

Breathing right is a very powerful method of inducing positive energy in the body. Vipassana is a method which is based on meditating while concentrating on your breathing. However, unlike the method suggested by you above, it requires not to make any changes in the breathing style of the moment.
Whatever the method, all these methods are very effective. As Michael has suggested above, just concentrating on the breathing alone is effective enough. I have also followed this technique whenever I am mentally or physically tired. It is a matter of seconds only, before I descend into a deep sleep. And, when I wake up, I am deeply relaxed.
Pranayama, a yogic method involving breathing techniques, has brought about a health revolution of sorts in India. people report that they get relief from many physical ailments, just by following these methods.
But, whatever one does, one should always get proper guidance before trying out anything on her own.

Breathe
“Ilchi Lee believes that a habit of good breathing can prevent much unhappiness. So, if you become emotionally upset, do not try to analyze your situation by thinking. Instead, focus on your breathing. This is much easier and more effective. Stop thinking for a moment and concentrate on your breathing. Deep breathing will quiet your emotions and enable you to better assess your circumstances.” -SRV

I love the idea of picturing that air is coming in from the bottom of my feet. Thanks for enlightening me with a great article about breathing. I practice yoga, but breathing definitely needs more of my focus.

I've been following your blog on my RSS Feed over the past couple of months and I like what you are accomplishing. I definitely think you'll make good money off this site real soon. I'll be back to check your site again.
Thanks again,
