I make goals all the time. Yearly goals, summer goals, monthly goals, weekly goals etc. It has made a huge difference in my life. Several times a week I'll check my goals list to make sure that I'm still working towards it. "If today were your last day on earth, would you do what you're about to do today?" Whenever the answer is "No" too many days or weeks in a row, you know you need a change. It is DEFINITELY good to keep in touch with your objectives. I make goals all the time.
