Hi, an interesting take on the topic - though after reading the article one is left with an impression that you akin the human mind to a piece of software as if one could easily install and uninstall "patches" at will . Needless to say - the human mind does not actually work like that, does it?

Hi Steven

Wonderful post. This is like an action plan of what you want to be and to me personally, point #2 is simply getting Law Of Attraction to work for you and deliver what you want.

As mentioned in an report of an interview given by Bob Proctor, when we affirm what we want to be, we sent out vibrations which start to attract thoughts to us that’s going to help us get there.. Using your example, affirmation to be an outgoing person, we’ll start to attract thoughts on how we can achieve it and the process naturally follows… just my personal opinion

Hi Sully

Of course, there will always be days when we need to let off steam. What happens with this method is: instead of blowing up every day as the pressure builds, when we are calm the pressure is building but to a much lesser degree so therefore it takes longer to blow. So, for example, I might let of steam every two weeks now whereas before it was every other day depending on the pressure.

Thanks again for your comments, always insightful.

Great post. I think what you say at the end is important. We have to be kind to ourselves and not expect perfection immediately or ever for that matter. We need to strive for our personal best on any given day or moment.

In your example of being frustrated, I share that too. I'm always trying to accomplish so much. I always wish I could get more done. By working on having more realistic expectations of what I can accomplish in any given day helps. Accepting that there is always a certain amount of inefficiency in a day can help too. And your mantra of "I will remain calm in the face of frustrations" is good too.

Here's the big "but"...but there will still be days where you'll need to let the steam out with a scream or deep breathing or venting to a friend, whatever it is, that's ok.

In watching myself what I find is that if my energy is low (tired, exhausted) that's when stress is going to be harder to deal with, and that's the time to pace myself.

So the point about low energy is to also be kind to yourself, again, by recognizing it and pacing yourself. Take it slow...even if the world is demanding fast.

Anyhow, love your stuff. Cheers!

Thanks for leaving a comment. I think the trait they would be needing would be to become more tactful :)
