Thank you that was wonderful. I had a strange circuit run in my head at the start, then I relaxed and had a wonderful time.

Can't remember how I found this blog but glad I did as meditation has been put aside for too long, so thanks! I'd love to know what the name of the piece of music is though so I can buy it and use it for my own mediation sessions.

Stephen,
I found this guided meditation at just the right time. Struggling with some issues in my recovery and with in-laws (I know, rather cliche that last one, but really bothersome issues that interfere with my serenity/sobriety). Great experience. I'll be back to meet my future self again soon.
all the best,
Brett

Hi Steve...

Really not sure how I got onto this page in the first place...my higher Self must have led me there...! :) Haven't meditated for a long while...and was craving some inner peace today!
...And I listened to this meditation, and was overwhelmed...!
I cried as soon as I saw my future Self and it was..is..such a beautiful feeling to connect to!
So reassuring to see myself...wiser, more glowing, and so warm!

And I think the pace should be slightly slower (as I've also read from some other comments above!)..not that it was too fast..but purely because I would personally enjoy to be in that place within a little longer..enjoy the music for longer and just sustain that trance (f that's the right word to use).

Look forward to hearing more :o)

This was my very first time ever listening to a guided meditation. I listened to 'Well of the Wyrd' and 'Meeting Your Future Self'. Found 'Well of the Wyrd' a bit uneasy for me. Didn't like the idea of speaking with a hooded woman and the dark pool - like speaking to a witch and too mysterious. God is my source so I didn't feel good about asking some woman to help me.

I liked Meeting Your Future Self because I trust me and I felt good about me and the journey was relaxing. Your accent was clearer to follow and it was a happy feeling though I didn't have a question to ask myself at the time. I will listen to this podcast again.

Thanks for your positive inspiration.

Hi there Steven,

I know it's been a very long time since you posted this guided imagery, but I felt compelled to comment anyway.

Thank you for the lovely imagery. I agree with Ed about appreciating more time and flexibility to create my own imagery of what makes for a peaceful place and path.

Nonetheless, I really enjoyed your choice of music, your pauses as well as your sense of infusing lightness and carefree energy into this meditation.

Cheers!

Thoroughly enjoyed the video--met my future self and it was a very pleasant and rewarding experience. Thank you. I shall return, and I have shared it with others of similar interests.
