Sometimes we hide our inner core...believing if we connect to it deeply we&#039;ll illuminate the darker parts, and I think that&#039;s why some people create a life where they &quot;can&#039;t&quot; take a day off, or reconnect to themselves.

It can be scary to connect with painful thoughts (mistaken) about one&#039;s self, no? And if we get quiet for too long, they&#039;ll make some noise...</description>
