World famous hypnotist Steve G Jones has a fantastic website with hundreds of hypnosis downloads for you to try. I mean there is everything here from enlarging your penis (how the hell would that work?) to stopping smoking.
I tried a few of them and the one I was most impressed with is the stopping smoking one. I have smoked since I was 24 and gave up a few times but always started back smoking again after some stressful event, I know, excuses excuses. Anywa, I listened to the daytime recordings which are affirmations for stopping smoking and also bought the nightime recordings. I have to say it was a little strange listening to the download as I felt nothing was happening and almost dismissed it but persevered and listened to them day and night and am happy to say I have not had a cigarette for 2 months since listening to the downloads.
A few years ago I thought hypnosis was just a stage act and was not to be taken seriously but I have heard countless stories of people who have been treated with hypnosis that I now totally believe in it. I used the Lucid Dreaming downloads to find out if they would be good for my practice of lucid dreaming and I have to say it actually worked. I wasn’t expecting much as I am a seasoned lucid dreamer but I took a nap during the day, put the headphones on with the lucid dreaming download from unexplainable.net and within the space of 15 minutes I was in a lucid dream, it was a strange dream but nonetheless I became lucid and started controlling the dream from there.
